Rankings are produced solely by our published objective methodology. We do not accept payment in exchange for a higher ranking.

If that ever changes — if an affiliated organization acquires a clinic listed here — we will disclose it plainly: a site-wide notice, a clear label on every affiliated clinic's listing, and an explanation here. Our ranking criteria will not change to favor affiliated clinics.
